Pecorino Colli Aprutini IGT: The Fresh Embrace of the Colli Aprutini

Pecorino Colli Aprutini IGT is a still white wine that reflects the beauty and freshness of the Teramo region, in Abruzzo. Made with 100% Pecorino grapes, this wine has a bright yellow color and greenish reflections, promising a lively and refreshing tasting.

On the nose, Pecorino opens with citrus aromas, followed by notes of tropical fruit and white peach. On the palate, it offers a persistent freshness with a slightly balsamic finish, making it ideal to accompany appetizers, white meats and fish dishes.

The winemaking process involves soft crushing and pressing with low temperature maceration, which enhances the aromatic characteristics of the grapes. The vines, located on north-facing hills at an altitude of 150-200 metres, have a yield of 80-100 quintals per hectare and are carefully cultivated to ensure the highest quality of the wine.

With an alcohol content of 13% vol and a recommended serving temperature of 10-12°C, Pecorino Colli Aprutini IGT is a wine which, if stored correctly, maintains its freshness for 16-20 months from the production year.
