On the palate, light spicy notes are perceived, accompanied by balanced hints of grass and almond, which give this oil a pleasant aroma and a final sweetness.

INSULAE oil is very delicately fruity, with a fresh, herbaceous and floral scent. Slightly spicy, it has important notes of banana and green apple, making it a versatile and refined oil.
